TestGenius Privacy Policy
TestGenius is part of Biddle Consulting Group. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.
Topics:
How do we collect your data?
You, or the organization that requires you to test, directly provide TestGenius with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when organizations register you for a test or test battery, you self-register for a test or test battery, or you take a test.
How do we store your data?
Biddle Consulting Group securely stores your data at Google Cloud Services, our host, in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, USA. All data is submitted via secure post and is encrypted in transit and at rest. If your test is automatically proctored using Test Maverick, either human or by AI, your test proctoring session (video recording from webcam and screen capture of test session) will be securely stored on Amazon Web Services for 90 days and then will be automatically deleted.
Biddle Consulting Group will keep your first name, last name, email address, test responses and test scores for a minimum of ten years, unless the client organization specifically requests that the data be deleted.
What are your data protection rights?
Biddle Consulting Group would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
