What data do we collect?
Biddle Consulting Group collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (First Name, Last Name and Email Address)
- As well, we collect the data from the tests assigned to you, and the scores from those tests.
How do we collect your data?
You, or the organization that requires you to test, directly provide TestGenius with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when organizations register you for a test or test battery, you self-register for a test or test battery, or you take a test.
How will we use your data?
Biddle Consulting Group collects your data so that we can email TestGenius testing links or proctored testing appointments to you with the appropriate tests as assigned by a client organization, as well as your responses, answers and scores for those tests.
How do we store your data?
Biddle Consulting Group securely stores your data at Google Cloud Services, our host, in Seattle, Washington, USA. All data is submitted via secure post and is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Biddle Consulting Group will keep your first name, last name, email address, test responses and test scores for a minimum of ten years, unless the client organization specifically requests that the data be deleted.
Marketing
Biddle Consulting Group will never use your contact information for marketing purposes. Your contact information will be used solely for testing, invitations for testing, and support while testing in the event that a technical issue occurs.
What are your data protection rights?
Biddle Consulting Group would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Biddle Consulting Group for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Biddle Consulting Group correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Biddle Consulting Group to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Biddle Consulting Group erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Biddle Consulting Group restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Our Company’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Biddle Consulting Group transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
NOTE: Test responses and scores are the property of the client organization and not the property of the individual. The “data” mentioned above applies to the personal data. That said, many jurisdictions require that data used for employee selection be maintained for audit. As such, organizations may not agree to allow certain erasure to occur.
