There are big changes here at Biddle Consulting Group, and we’re excited to share them with you. As you are likely aware, BCG historically had two divisions; our testing software division (TestGenius®) and our EEO division, which handles EEO, Affirmative Action (AA), and pay equity compliance. While both divisions are squarely within the realm of human resources, they serve two disparate groups within that space. In order to more properly assist each, our EEO division has been acquired by Resolution Economics, LLC (ResEcon).
Biddle Consulting Group will continue to build its personnel selection software business, which features products such as TestGenius®, CritiCall® 911 dispatcher testing software, C4: CritiCall for Contact Centers® testing software, OPAC® office skills testing software, AutoGOJA® job analysis software, and other associated products and services.
Biddle’s President, Patrick Nooren, Ph.D., will transition over to ResEcon and continue to lead his best-of-market affirmative action plan services, pay equity, and compliance group. I will continue to direct the TestGenius group here at Biddle. We are excited to be able to advance our practice areas with laser focus, but also to be able to collaborate with one another in many positive ways as we move forward.
